Grand Bwa is invoked to protect animals and keep safe, Healing, keeping secrets, trees and wilderness, increasing finances. Offerings include Rock’s, Leaves, Branches, plants, Herbs. A Petro Lwa, he loves cigars, drinks Kleren or Rum, fresh water. Colors are different shades of Green and in some houses, also red.

His name means “Big Tree”. He is also given food offerings of fruit & vegetables. Offering amount to send minimum should be $10.00

Damballah Wedo & Ayida Wedo

They are sacred Rada Lwa, the divine serpent and rainbow serpent, representing creation, purity, wisdom, peace, harmony, renewal, fertility, prosperity, protection and spiritual balance. Together they represent the sacred union of complementary forces and the continuation of life from one generation to the next.

Damballah Wedo is traditionally served with offerings such as fresh water, white candles, white flowers, eggs, milk, rice, flour and other clean white foods. His colors are white, with silver or clear accents often used in devotional settings.

Ayida Wedo is associated with the rainbow, water, beauty, fertility, abundance and harmony. Offerings may include fresh water, sweet foods, fruit, flowers, perfume and beautiful colorful or iridescent items. Rainbow colors and white may be incorporated when serving her.

Offerings may be made to Damballah and Ayida Wedo when seeking peace, purification, protection, healing, wisdom, prosperity, harmony, spiritual elevation, blessings and greater connection with one’s ancestral and spiritual path.

All monetary offerings received are used toward offerings and service for the Lwa.
